Paper Submission
General guidelines:
Paper length should not exceed 10 pages for Stream A or approximately 2,000 words for Stream B (not including title page or references, including: abstract page, main text and appendices). See template for more detailed formatting guidelines.
Instructions for submitting a paper to EasyChair for ICEP 2011:
1.) Go to www.easychair.org and click on “Click here to log in” in the top right corner
2.) Click on “Sign up for an account”. This will lead you through a few steps to create your account (You will receive a confirmation email). Click on the link in the email (or go back to the “log in” page) and enter your login information. This will take you to your main EasyChair page. There may be a few more registration questions.
3.) Once logged in, go to https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icep2011. (You may have to log in again).
4.) Make sure that your paper is formatted using the template on our site
5.) Click on “New Submission” and follow the instructions to upload and submit your paper.
6.) During paper submission, you will be asked what stream your paper is to be considered under.
7.) You will receive a confirmation from EasyChair, and will be able to view and edit your submission up until the submission deadline from your EasyChair homepage.
